Job description

As a Working Foreman at Willems Jachtbouw, you will organize and coordinate all work. You monitor quality and delivery time. You are part of a great team and work with great colleagues. For us, teamwork is central and you will have the opportunity to fully utilize your proactive attitude and way of thinking.

Job requirements

MBO thinking level towards metal or construction bench work-welding Being able to read and execute drawings independently Being able to work with 3D models Affinity with MIG welding is an advantage Demonstrable work experience Demonstrable managerial experience/capacity Good communication skills, independent, creative and solution-oriented Enjoy working in teams and a positive attitude Flexible attitude
